Full-time Physical Therapists typically manage around 11 patient visits daily and conduct 7-8 evaluations each week. Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing patients' medical histories.
• Diagnosing conditions by observing movements and listening to patient concerns.
• Creating tailored treatment plans with specific goals and expected outcomes.
• Utilizing exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and prevent further injuries.
• Documenting patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist Licensure in Washington State.
• A strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Compensation

Annual salary ranges from $88K to $105K, plus a potential $15K sign-on bonus, which includes productivity incentives and additional compensation for certifications.
