Senior Pricing Manager

Responsible for pricing estimates and documentation related to the RFP process, the full-time Senior Pricing Manager will collaborate with various teams to produce competitive bids for client projects, ensuring pricing accuracy and profitability while working in a hybrid environment. Key responsibilities Provides competitive pricing estimates for Event Technology and Registration team proposals using historical and industry knowledge Collaborates with Business Development and Account Management teams to create clearly defined bids and interacts with clients for pricing details as needed Reviews event hours analysis with Business Analytics to maintain event profitability and participates in team meetings to identify and resolve challenges Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in event registration, event management, or sales operations for corporate events Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university is strongly preferred High attention to detail and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing deadlines Fundamental understanding of agency business models and client financial management Experience with project setup in PSA (time tracking and resourcing software) is a plus
