Production Control Coordinator

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and laboratory services industry, is seeking an Assembly Production Coordinator to join their team. As an Assembly   Production Coordinator , you will be part of the Laboratory Operations team supporting daily kit assembly efforts, supply chain and operational activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly Production Coordinator

Location: West Chester, OH

Pay Range: $20.35/hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

What's the Job?

• Monitor daily kit vendor performance to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Coordinate review and action on custom reports related to kit production.
• Support resolution of kit vendor quality events and maintain documentation.
• Manage supply orders, including placing re-supply orders and updating system records.
• Maintain communication channels with project management and support operational meetings.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Relevant vocational or technical certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in supply chain, laboratory operations, or related fields (approximately 2 years) is a plus
• Intermediate computer literacy and accurate data entry skills.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think critically, solve problems, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Job requires a pre-employment drug and background screening
