Sr. Manager, Customer Marketing - Specialty Medicine

Responsibilities

• Translate market research into actionable provider personas and audience-specific value propositions
• Develop and execute prioritized go-to-market campaigns, growth plays, and lifecycle programs for provider acquisition and retention
• Create high-quality, research-driven content and adapt assets across channels using AI personalization
• Track campaign performance, build reporting dashboards, and optimize messaging through A/B testing and segmentation analysis
• Manage timelines, coordinate cross-functional inputs, and oversee external agencies to deliver on-time marketing assets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years marketing or provider-focused commercial roles in healthcare or diagnostics
• Experience developing personas and go-to-market strategies for clinical audiences
• Strong analytical and storytelling capabilities
• Digital marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing experience
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders in matrixed environments
