Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and identify potential gaps in insurance.Use exception communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.Upselling of higher coverages or additional lines of businessDrive the growth of our office Google reviews.Qualifications:Bilingual Spanish required2+ years in customer service experience preferredAble to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needsExcellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team membersProactive problem-solving skillsAbility to obtain the P & C, and Life, Accident, Health and Sickness Insurance LicensesBenefits:Hourly pay plus commission/bonusGrowth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my officePaid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)Valuable career-building experienceCompensation: $25.00 - $29.00 per hourWe're Hiring!We are a growing agency with big dreams and lots of potential.
