Resource One Credit Union is seeking a Member Solutions Specialist to minimize loss and maximize recovery of delinquent accounts while delivering excellent member service. The role involves initiating collection actions, negotiating payment plans, and documenting all actions in the member file, with strict adherence to FDCPA, FCRA, SCRA and other regulations.
