Description - Responsibilities Awaiting You

• Conduct a variety of routine and specialized clinical laboratory tests-spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-while adhering to established protocols for accuracy.
• Analyze test results meticulously, troubleshoot errors as they arise, and carry out preventative maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist with specimen collection and ensure samples are appropriately prepared for testing as needed.
• Keep comprehensive documentation of all procedures, mentor new staff or students, and uphold the lab's quality assurance standards.
• Ensure a tidy, safe workspace while complying with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or possess an equivalent allied health degree with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certification Expectations

• Acquire ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Maintain your certification throughout your tenure with us.
