Description - What You'll Do

• Conduct routine and sophisticated laboratory tests across diverse fields-chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-adhering to established standards and procedures.
• Evaluate test outcomes for precision, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and ensure the upkeep and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist with the procurement of specimens and prepare samples for examination as required.
• Thoroughly document all lab procedures, onboard new team members, and help maintain laboratory quality expectations.
• Uphold a clean and secure working environment while following industry regulations and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health discipline plus ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be acquired within one year of joining.
• Maintain your certification actively during employment.
