Make a meaningful impact supporting students’ communication and language development in a dynamic school setting with a full-time contract opportunity for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) at a district near Lewisville, TX. The district seeks 2-3 dedicated SLPs to join them for the upcoming academic year, providing valuable support across grade levels (caseloads to be determined based on district needs). This is an onsite role, allowing you to collaborate closely with educational teams and families, while making a lasting difference in students’ daily lives.

What we're looking for:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related discipline.
• Current and active Texas SLP license.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC).
• Experience in school settings preferred, though all backgrounds with pediatric/educational SLP experience are welcome.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Enthusiasm for working collaboratively to support diverse student populations.

Primary responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals and state/federal regulations.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and participate in eligibility and staffing meetings.
• Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely progress reporting.
• Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
