We are seeking dynamic, full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) credentials to support local schools during the upcoming academic year. This is a contract opportunity focused on onsite services, ideally suited for clinicians dedicated to school-based practice.

Key qualifications:

• Hold a current, active SLP license issued by the State of Texas
• Possess ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Demonstrated experience or interest in working with pediatric or K-12 caseloads
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Flexible and adaptable—caseloads and grade levels will be determined by district needs

Primary responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with school teams
• Provide direct therapy and ongoing intervention in small-group or one-on-one settings
• Monitor student progress and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and professional standards
• Attend IEP meetings, contribute to goal-setting, and partner with educators, families, and multidisciplinary staff
• Advocate for students’ communication needs while fostering inclusive learning spaces
