Desired qualifications and experience:

• Proficiency in ASL is essential
• Experience working with elementary school students preferred
• Background as a paraprofessional or in a support role within schools
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Patient, adaptable, and caring demeanor
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Key responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support to a 3rd-grade student throughout the school day
• Facilitate communication using ASL to enhance learning outcomes
