If you embrace these values and want your work to make a difference, we want to talk to you!Responsibilities:Adhere to guidelines in the State Nurse Practice Act and established best practicesAdminister medications and perform treatments per ordersMonitor conditions and adjust care to ensure patient safety and comfortMaintain infection control protocolsDocument thoroughly in the EMRParticipate in inter-disciplinary team meetings to develop holistic plans of careThoroughly explain conditions, care plans, and medications to residents and family membersRequirements:Active state licensureCurrent CPR certificationAt least six months of relevant experienceA passion for caring for seniors
