Support Lead PT

Overview The Support Lead is a store leadership role that operates under the Store Manager and Customer Service Manager to support front‑end operations, cash management, cleanliness, safety, and sales. The Support Lead also serves as Manager on Duty during assigned periods, driving key performance indicators and delivering a customer‑centric experience. Responsibilities Lead associates to ‘Wow the Customer’ and meet CSAT score goals. Manage front‑end operations, including cash handling, register functions, and opening/closing procedures. Train, coach, and develop staff on customer service best practices and store SOPs. Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and readiness for customers at all times. Supervise associates, assist with hiring, payroll, and schedule compliance. Drive store sales, control expenses, and monitor key metrics such as Sales, ADS, CSAT scores, and expense control. Perform merchandising tasks: receiving, staging, and placing merchandise; unloading trucks; packing and front‑end merchandising. Assist in marketing/activations, key metrics tracking, and corporate communication implementation. Ensure compliance with Human Resources policies, including health and safety. Perform physical tasks: lifting up to 25lb, working storage and sales floors, climbing ladders, kneeling, bending, and standing for the majority of work time. Qualifications High School graduate or equivalent; college experience preferred. Minimum one year of management experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong ability to multi‑task, maintain composure under pressure, and think creatively. Customer‑service orientation and leadership capability.
