Your Impact:Guide the strategy of a portfolio of accounts to ensure optimization of business to Freddie Mac. Be regarded by the stakeholders (internally and externally) as a trusted and respected leader.Lead and mentor account team members to achieve goals.Encourage the account team to continuously improve integrated operating model.Strategize and collaborate with all partners, including pricing, credit, servicing, affordable, legal to ensure all parties are informed and understand the strategy for each customer.Have the flexibility to adapt to new and evolving market conditions and changes as you work your portfolio of accounts. This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $114,000 - $172,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
