About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) / Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead the significant improvement of its commercial execution, pipeline discipline, and account management. The successful candidate will be the first dedicated commercial leader and will be responsible for building the revenue function from the ground up. This role demands a professional with a strong background in revenue leadership, P&L accountability, and a proven track record of meeting aggressive growth targets. The CCO/CRO will also be tasked with commercial team building, pipeline and forecast discipline, pricing, deal structure, and margin defense, as well as strategic account management and customer retention. The ideal candidate for this position is a hands-on commercial operator with experience in co-packing, contract manufacturing, or the food and beverage supply chain. They must have a history of value creation in PE-backed exits and be adept at translating commercial performance into investor-grade narratives. The role requires a leader who can operate in a PE-backed environment, is familiar with sponsor reporting cadence, and is comfortable with the prospect of a near-term exit. The CCO/CRO will be expected to have a strong industry network and be capable of designing and running a management operating system for the commercial function. Strategic account management, go-to-market strategy, and new business development experience are also essential, as is the ability to create and maintain a high-performance commercial team.
