Senior CRA

Senior Clinical Research Associate position overseeing clinical trial monitoring activities across multiple sites in Southern California. The role requires extensive CRA experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to lead teams while ensuring protocol adherence and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Monitor clinical trial sites for protocol adherence, regulatory compliance, and GCP standards
• Conduct site visits to assess performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide operational support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on timely and accurate data collection
• Train site staff and other CRAs on clinical trial conduct standards
• Build and maintain relationships with site personnel to facilitate trial operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in scientific or healthcare-related discipline
• Extensive Clinical Research Associate experience with deep understanding of trial processes
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites and projects simultaneously
• Expertise in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel approximately 60%
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Compensation: $110,520-$138,150 base
