Description As the Premium Billing Manager of our UCLA Health Medicare Advantage Plan, you will lead a team to drive operational efficiency and strategic goals. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Premium Billing team, including Billing Analysts, supervisors, and support staff. Develop and execute strategies to achieve operational efficiencies and support organizational goals. Drive technological advancements and process improvements to enhance premium billing operations. Ensure regulatory compliance within the premium billing department. Oversee premium billing, reconciliation, audits, and collections with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Promote a service-oriented culture to deliver positive experiences for internal and external customers. Resolve complex premium billing issues and develop standard operating procedures. Foster collaborative relationships with peers, staff, and stakeholders. Monitor and manage departmental human and financial resources in alignment with company objectives. Identify workflow enhancements to improve productivity and quality. Utilize data analysis and project management tools to support continuous improvement efforts.
