Key Responsibilities - Focus on delivering excellent, client-centered service - Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients - Participate in ongoing mentorship, professional development, and team training - Keep digital records accurate and manage timely follow-up - Help clients explore supplemental benefit options tailored to their needs - Meet with clients virtually over Zoom to discuss their needs - Support clients throughout the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism

Qualifications - Customer service or consultative experience preferred, not required - Reliable internet and a Windows laptop/PC with webcam - A service-minded, mission-driven attitude - Confidence with virtual meetings and everyday digital tools - Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently - Strong communication and people skills - Able to obtain any necessary professional licensing, where applicable - Eligible to work in the United States
