What You'll Do - Keep digital records accurate and manage timely follow-up - Focus on delivering excellent, client-centered service - Walk clients through enrollment clearly and professionally - Participate in ongoing mentorship, professional development, and team training - Walk individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options - Lead virtual Zoom consultations with clients - Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients

What You Bring - Self-driven, organized individuals comfortable working independently - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Prior customer service or consultative experience is a plus, not required - A Windows laptop or PC, webcam, and dependable internet - Capable of obtaining required licensing, if applicable to the position - Authorized to work in the United States - A genuine interest in helping others and supporting a mission-driven company - Ease with virtual tools and video meetings

Important Information About This Opportunity This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
