In this role, you’ll be the approachable, knowledgeable resource guiding clients through their insurance needs. You’ll collaborate with an experienced team, develop valuable skills, and build meaningful relationships within our community. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries about insurance policies, claims, billing, and more
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Provide clear, friendly, and accurate information to assist customers
- Offer personalized guidance to help clients understand their insurance options
- Collaborate with your team to support agency goals and ensure customer satisfaction
- Genuine dedication to delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand and anticipate customer needs
- Proactive problem-solving approach
- Interest in learning about and promoting insurance products
- Team player with effective multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Must have or be willing to obtain Property & Casualty license
- Must have or be willing to obtain Life and Health license
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- This is an in-person position at our office located at 9662 Queens Blvd, Rego Park, NY 11374
