- Respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries about insurance policies, claims, billing, and more
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Provide clear, friendly, and accurate information to assist customers
- Offer personalized guidance to help clients understand their insurance options
- Collaborate with your team to support agency goals and ensure customer satisfaction
- Genuine dedication to delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand and anticipate customer needs
- Proactive problem-solving approach
- Interest in learning about and promoting insurance products
- Team player with effective multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Must have or be willing to obtain Property & Casualty license
- Must have or be willing to obtain Life and Health license
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- This is an in-person position at our office located at 9662 Queens Blvd, Rego Park, NY 11374
- Competitive hourly wage plus commissions and bonuses
