Compensation: Hourly + Commission/Bonus
About Us:
Join our rapidly growing insurance agency as an Entry-Level Marketing Specialist! We’re seeking a motivated and organized individual to support our agents by building strong customer relationships, generating leads, and helping clients find the right insurance solutions. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain industry experience, earn commissions, and advance your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture positive relationships with customers
- Generate leads and schedule appointments to support sales efforts
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products
- Deliver friendly, accurate customer service by answering questions about policies, claims, billing, and coverage
- Collaborate closely with the team to achieve marketing and sales targets
- Use effective communication skills to educate customers and drive business growth
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude
- Sales experience preferred (inside/outside sales, retail, or telemarketing)
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in marketing insurance and financial products
- Proactive problem-solver with a can-do mindset
- Ability to multitask efficiently and work well within a team
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Must have or be willing to obtain Property & Casualty license
- Must have or be willing to obtain Life and Health license
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- This position is in-person at our office: 9662 Queens Blvd, Rego Park, NY 11374
