Entry Level Agent - Remote (Training Provided) Part-time

Remote | Commission-Based | Uncapped Income + Owner Path

The life insurance industry doesn't slow down when the economy does. Families need protection in every market, and the demand for insurance sales professionals is constant. The Pritchett Agency is looking for driven individuals ready to build a career, and eventually an agency, inside one of the most stable corners of financial services.

We give you the system, the lead platform, the training, and the path. You bring the drive.

Already licensed? You plug straight into our lead platform and start producing immediately, whether your background is in term life insurance, whole life insurance, indexed universal life, final expense, mortgage protection, or fixed and indexed annuities. As an independent agent inside our IMO, you keep the flexibility of running your own book while never building alone. We even have unique carriers to get you writing on day one.

Not licensed yet? Most candidates are fully licensed in 7-10 days, and you're producing shortly after.

What you get:

• A clear path from producer to agency owner, with real agency building and sales leadership development along the way
• Leads and systems already built, so you're not starting from scratch
• Fast-track licensing support
• Training across core product lines and skills, including needs analysis, consultative selling, and cross-selling strategies that turn one policy into a lasting client relationship
• Commission-based pay with performance bonuses, no earning ceiling
• Remote, flexible schedule
• Direct mentorship from agents who've already built what you're building, and the business development instincts to keep growing once you get there

As you grow, there's real opportunity to expand into retirement planning, estate planning conversations, and group benefits work with business owners, plus build the kind of client relationship management approach and lead generation engine that turns entrepreneurship into a legacy career.

First-year producers following the system typically earn $45,000-$120,000. There is no income ceiling.
