Compensation: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour

Join the culinary team at The Westin Crystal City as we prepare for the opening of Stillwater & Stone, our newly reimagined restaurant and lobby bar debuting in May 2026. We're looking for a skilled and motivated Line Cook who takes pride in their craft, thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, and is eager to contribute to a high-quality, team-driven environment.

The Role

As a Line Cook, you'll play a key role in delivering consistent, high-quality dishes while supporting the overall success of the kitchen.

• Execute With Precision Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines
• Maintain Quality & Consistency Ensure every dish meets our standards for flavor, appearance, and portioning
• Support The Team Work closely with chefs and fellow cooks to maintain smooth kitchen operations during service
• Stay Organized Set up and stock stations, ensuring all ingredients and tools are ready for service
• Uphold Cleanliness & Safety Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Adapt & Learn Assist with new menu items and evolving concepts as Stillwater & Stone continues to grow

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role (hotel or restaurant preferred)
• Strong understanding of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety practices
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
• Dependable, organized, and committed to quality
