Shelter Client Relations & Safety Advocate

A community service organization in California is seeking a Client Ambassador to ensure safety and order at the shelter. Responsibilities include monitoring clients and facility cleanliness, maintaining records, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates must be high school graduates with one year of work experience, preferably in mental health or addictions. CPR and First Aid certification, along with TB clearance, is required before starting.
