PMO Office Project Manager
Connvertex Technologies Inc.
Our client is seeking an experienced PMO Office Project Manager to lead multiple strategic projects across their portfolio throughout 2025 2026, driving process enhancements and cross-functional collaboration on enterprise platforms including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SAP, and integrated solutions.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Lead multiple strategic projects within the broader PMO portfolio, managing timelines, milestones, and delivery through Azure DevOps , Jira , and Confluence
- Drive process enhancements and digital transformation initiatives across Microsoft Dynamics CRM (D365) , SAP , and integrated platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Customer Operations, IT, Business Process Analysts, and Architecture teams to align on objectives and solutions
- Support process definition, customer journey mapping, and requirements gathering for CRM and ERP implementations
- Coordinate with architects and vendors on build-vs-buy decisions, solution validation, and cross-platform integration strategies
- Manage integration of complex systems including SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Qlik, BI tools, and supporting platforms
- Champion both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, selecting appropriate approaches for each project phase
Requirements
- 8 10 years of IT Project Management experience with proven track record on CRM and ERP implementations
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (D365) , SAP , Azure DevOps , Jira , and Confluence
- Strong expertise in both Agile and Waterfall project management frameworks
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships across technical and business functions
- Experience in the Oil & Gas, Utilities, or Energy sector (preferred but highly valued)
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and complex integrations while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and documentation skills with ability to translate technical requirements into clear business outcomes
