Salesforce Developer
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce integrations, and Sales Cloud/Service Cloud. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, administrators, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and customizations.
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Create and optimize Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, and asynchronous processing.
- Develop reports, dashboards, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and flows.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform unit testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend platform enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong experience with: Apex Programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL & SOSL, Salesforce Flow, Triggers and Batch Apex.
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, roles, and profiles.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (Required)
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (Preferred)
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Experience with Experience Cloud.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
