Family Medicine physician job in Illinois :

We have a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated andinnovative Family Medicine Physician (or IM/Peds) at an advanced primarycare clinic in Rosemont, IL. In this role, you will offer primary careservices, manage chronic diseases, and advocate for health and wellness at anemployer-sponsored clinic. If you are passionate about prioritizing patientcare over quotas and focusing on well-being rather than billing, this is theperfect opportunity for you!

Highlights:

Manage only 10-13 patients per day
Smaller patient panel (less than half thetraditional PCP panel size)
Focus on outcomes, NOT production
Predictable workweek
Potential for 4 days per week with Thursday off.Required to work at least 1 late day
No call
Fewer administrative tasks
$260,000 - $300,000 base salary (negotiablebased on experience)
Benefits include 5 weeks PTO, malpractice on dayone, health/dental, paid vacation, CME, matching 401k, and retirement

Qualifications:

BE/BC in family medicine or internal medicine(see patients 2+ years)
Procedure experience is a huge plus!
