• Flexible schedule: Monday - Friday with option to reduce to a 4-day work week
• Reduced patient panel of 800 - 1,000 patients for higher-quality, focused care
• Appointments range from 30 - 60 minutes, allowing extra time per patient
• Insurance-free, direct primary care model with minimal billing and paperwork
• Collaborate with a team including an NP, RN practice manager, physical therapist, and MA
• Serves employees, spouses, and dependents ages 2 and up across a union wellness center
• 5 weeks paid time off, 9 paid holidays, and CME time off included
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine required; DEA license required
