Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing calendars and internal project schedules

• Organize digital files, templates, and brand materials

• Support email and social media scheduling

• Track project deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks

• Help coordinate communication between marketing and other departments

• Maintain accurate records for ongoing marketing activities

• Assist with general administrative support for the marketing team
