Job Description

Growing independent agency seeking experienced in Personal Lines Account Manager/CSR.

Responsibilities:

Quoting and writing New Business, Renewals, Remarkets,
Help with Claims, Endorsements,
Answer phone calls and document everything into agency management system
Multi-Task with over 30 insurance carriers

Requirements:

NY Personal Lines or Property &Casualty License
2 years or more of Personal Lines Insurance experience.
Experience with agency management systems (Great at learning new technology)
Great communication skills on Phone and in Person with customers and team.
Great Customer Service.
