Regional Business Manager

Team members work closely with clients to ensure sustainable hiring practices and long-term success. Role Description The Regional Business Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, OH. This role is responsible for overseeing business operations within the assigned region, including managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in recruitment solutions. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing regional business plans, monitoring performance metrics, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client needs. The Regional Business Manager will lead and support regional staff, manage budgets and forecasts, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and best practices. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in regional business management, including planning, execution, and performance monitoring. Experience in client relationship management and account growth within a recruitment or professional services environment. Strong leadership abilities, with experience guiding and developing teams to meet regional targets. Proficiency in sales, business development, and negotiation to identify and secure new opportunities. Ability to analyze market trends and data to inform strategic decisions and operational improvements. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus. Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR consulting is highly beneficial.
