We are looking for compassionate, dependable Direct Care Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in at a residential group home in Ocean County supporting adults with developmental disabilities.
As a Direct Care Professional, you will play an important role in helping the individuals we support live meaningful, active, and independent lives in a safe and caring home environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing hands-on support with daily living activities
- Assisting with personal care, meals, medication routines, and household activities
- Supporting individuals with community outings, appointments, activities, and social opportunities
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
- Completing daily required documentation and following individual support plans
