We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support day-to-day delivery operations from our Dayton, New Jersey location. This is a Long-term Contract position that requires full onsite attendance and a flexible schedule from Monday through Saturday, with varying start times. The person in this role will help keep transportation activity organized, respond to customer needs, and ensure information is accurately documented across logistics workflows.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily route activity and stay in close contact with delivery personnel to help maintain timely, high-quality service.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and work through service concerns with practical, timely solutions.
• Enter shipment and delivery updates into internal systems with a high level of accuracy and completeness.
• Share status updates, issue resolutions, and operational information with office teams and cross-functional partners.
• Maintain organized records related to deliveries, routing, and customer interactions for smooth operational follow-through.
• Support shipping and logistics coordination tasks to help keep distribution activities running efficiently.
• Track operational details carefully and escalate issues when needed to minimize service disruptions.• Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office, and general computer-based systems.
• Strong data entry ability with close attention to accuracy and detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced onsite office environment.
• Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, shipping, distribution, or customer service is preferred.
• College education is preferred.
