We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join a high-performing Medical Surgical unit at a leading acute care hospital serving Bay County and surrounding communities. This is a strong opportunity for experienced RNs looking for competitive pay, sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Schedule
Days & Nights Available
12-hour shifts | Nurse-to-patient ratio: 6:1 (sometimes 7:1)

Compensation & Incentives
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Days) | $15,000 (Nights)
Night Differential: $4/hour
Relocation Assistance: Case by case

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in the Med-Surg unit
Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care needs
Administer treatments and follow care protocols
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient safety standards

Qualifications
Active Florida RN License (or Compact RN eligible for FL)
BLS Certification required
Recent acute care RN experience required (within 3–5 years)
Graduate of accredited nursing program
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Ability to work in fast-paced hospital environment
