Familiarity with EPIC and Pyxis systems will enhance your ability to contribute effectively from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inpatient order verification ensuring accuracy and safety
• Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians to optimize workflow
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to provide expert pharmaceutical consultation
• Monitor and manage pharmacokinetics to tailor medication regimens
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulations

Qualifications:

• Valid Pharmacist license in the relevant state
• Experience in a hospital or inpatient pharmacy environment
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record and Pyxis medication management systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interdisciplinary collaboration
• Ability to work primarily on 2nd shifts with flexibility for 8-hour shifts as needed

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts
• Primarily 2nd shift coverage
