We are looking for an IT Technician for a Managed Service Provider.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance/Installation of operating systems, network systems, software, and hardware
- Monitor system operations to detect potential problems
- Implement network systems to support communication between all departments
- Collaborate with a technical team developing and improving best practices
- Provide quality assurance review of new and existing software products
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in information technology
- Fundamental knowledge of networking, hardware, and software
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Required Skills:
- Windows 2012/2016/2019 Server
- Technology troubleshooting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Windows administration.
- Strong knowledge of networking, routers, switches, firewalls, Domains, DNS, DHCP, Subnetting, and working with ISPs.
- Enthusiastic personality and strong work ethic
Preferred Experience:
- Office 365/Azure
- Virtualization (VMWare, Microsoft)
- General knowledge of Linux OS is a plus but not required
- Strong Verbal and communication skills.
- Well-organized and Customer Service skills
