Looking for a summer internship that actually builds real business skills instead of grabbing coffee and sitting in meetings?
We’re hiring driven, competitive, high-energy interns to join our Sales & Recruiting team this summer. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how business development, recruiting, staffing, and client partnerships work in the real world.
If you like fast-paced environments, talking to people, competition, sales, networking, and building relationships — you’ll love this role.
What You’ll Do
This is a hybrid sales + recruiting internship where you’ll learn both sides of the staffing business.
Sales Responsibilities
- Prospect local businesses in Tempe, Chandler, Mesa, and Phoenix
- Make outbound calls to decision makers
- Set appointments for our leadership team
- Learn how to pitch staffing and recruiting services
- Help build sales campaigns and lead generation lists
- Shadow client meetings and sales presentations
- Track activity and results in CRM systems
Recruiting Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job boards and social media
- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews
- Schedule interviews and onboarding appointments
- Help match candidates to open positions
- Support hiring events and recruiting campaigns
- Learn recruiting strategy and workforce management
