Pay Rate: $22.50/hr

Shift: 2nd

Description: Acloche is seeking a skilled Forklift Operator
We are seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate 2 team members to join our 2nd shift operations team. This position is responsible for safely handling, moving, storing, and shipping products while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. Candidates must have previous forklift experience and a strong commitment to safety, productivity, and quality.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, move, and stage products within the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify product quantities and inspect materials for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper storage and documentation procedures.
• Assist with receiving incoming shipments and processing outbound orders.
• Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Previous forklift experience required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull warehouse materials.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
