Social Worker MSW (Day Shift & On Call) Providence Milwaukie Hospital is seeking a Social Worker (MSW) to provide comprehensive biopsychosocial and spiritual assessment, diagnosis, treatment, interventions, and advocacy for patients and their support systems. The Social Worker works under direct and continuous supervision, collaborates with the Inter/Multi-Disciplinary Team (IDT), and develops evidence‑informed person‑centered care plans across the care continuum. Core responsibilities include performing biopsychosocial and spiritual assessments, developing and implementing care plans, advocating for patients and families, and respecting patient self‑determination. The role also emphasizes reducing health disparities and barriers to care while adhering to the NASW code of ethics and Standards of Practice. Required Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work. Oregon Clinical Social Work Associate License within 60 days of hire. Preferred Qualifications At least 2 years of clinical experience within healthcare, hospice, and/or bereavement settings. Base pay ranges from $36.99 to $57.44 per hour. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, on‑call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, and bonus opportunities.
