Since 2006, we’ve proudly served the Oregon and Washington communities as a dual-state licensed State Farm Agency, specializing in helping customers with out-of-state transfers and delivering personalized, high-quality service. With over 120 years of combined experience on our team, we bring a depth of knowledge and a collaborative spirit to every interaction. As a second-generation State Farm Agent and proud Oregon native, I’ve built this agency on a foundation of community connection, hard work, and integrity. I’m a long-time member of the Tualatin Chamber of Commerce, and our agency is proud to support local businesses and community events. Over the years, our team has been recognized with honors including Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and the Gold Honor award. Paul Barton - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
