Operations Lead

Position Summary The Kith Operations Lead is the right hand to the Operations Manager. Supervises the merchandise handling process and provides training for all stock associates in partnership with the Operations Manager. Maintains an organized stockroom, oversees the replenishment process, and provides leadership feedback on staff performance and inventory needs. Manages shipping and receiving of in‑store merchandise and coordinates with Warehouse and HQ teams. Serves as point person for back‑of‑house matters when the Operations Manager is unavailable. About The Role Location: West Hollywood store Status: Full Time Compensation: $24.00–$26.00 per hour Responsibilities Ensures execution of all shipment receiving and processing procedures. Ensures product is neatly organized and placed in the stockroom. Performs audit and transfers of damaged and defective merchandise, completes re‑tickets, and processes phone orders. Tracks productivity and ensures that the team meets the standards and efficiencies set by upper management. Ensures all delivery information is recorded and accurately reported. Communicates daily goals and priorities to support associates, redirecting activities as necessary to achieve results. Manages shipment supplies and fixtures and communicates needs to the leadership team. Ensures the stockroom is neat, clean, and organized. Influences employees to support an operationally efficient and effective process‑driven environment. Assists store management with housekeeping responsibilities including dusting, sweeping, trash collection, and other tasks associated with retail operations. Special Projects / Tasks Participates and assists in physical inventories as required by the business. Assists the merchandising team during visual initiatives, as needed. Requirements Availability Open and flexible availability, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. Availability to consistently work weekends, special projects, drops/releases, or as business needs require. Experience 6+ months in a customer‑facing role. 1+ year in a retail environment. 1+ year in an apparel operations role. Skills / Abilities Thorough communication with customers, peers, and direct reports. Efficient time‑management skills. Effective multitasker. Ability to manage and oversee multiple projects at once. Ability to lift and move 25 lbs. Ability to perform standard retail tasks including bending, twisting, and climbing ladders or step stools. Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
