Our client is seeking a Scientist to join their innovative research team. As a Scientist, you will be part of the Research & Innovation Department supporting formulation development and product innovation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills, which will align successfully within the organization. Develop and refine formulations for hair care, scalp, and manageability products. Perform stability testing and resolve any stability issues to ensure product quality. Monitor and ensure the conformity and quality of formulations. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including marketing, regulatory, and manufacturing to support product success. What's Needed? A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in science or engineering. 1‑5 years of technical experience, preferably in personal care or cosmetic formulation. Familiarity with formulation processes and raw material technologies. Knowledge of the US hair market and regulatory requirements is desirable.
