Responsibilities include teaming up with senior sales representatives to achieve monthly sales goals, contacting small business owners to offer our insurance products and services, and contacting current customers to schedule appointments to review policies.

As an agent team member, you will receive a base salary plus commission/bonus, a group health plan with a $300 monthly allowance, dental and vision coverage paid by the owner, group life insurance of $75,000 paid by the owner, a 401k with a 4% match, paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days), valuable experience, growth potential, and a team environment with great people in a professional, team-focused, goal-oriented environment.

Requirements include bilingual Spanish, interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs, excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening), being people-oriented, and availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including auto insurance, home insurance, life insurance, retirement planning, business insurance, college planning, health insurance, and renters insurance. Our office is located in Orange and is open Monday-Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Closed on weekends. I have been a State Farm agent since 2007. We currently have 10 team members at our agency. We have 110 years of combined insurance experience in our office. Our agency has received awards including: President's Club, Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Million Dollar Round Table, Senior Vice President's Club, National Quality Award, Bronze Tablet, and New Agent Program Qualifier.
