Principal Architect

Seeking a full-time Principal Architect who will define and maintain enterprise architecture strategy, lead solution design across product and engineering teams, and drive modernization efforts while collaborating closely with various stakeholders in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Define and maintain enterprise architecture strategy, roadmap, and standards across cloud, data, and application layers Lead solution design and integration strategies, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and healthcare compliance Drive the architecture and governance of AI and machine learning capabilities, including real-time data infrastructure and population health data systems Required qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of experience in software or enterprise architecture Demonstrated experience in healthcare technology, specifically with health plan data and population health platforms Deep expertise in data architecture on cloud-native platforms, preferably Snowflake Strong experience with real-time integration architectures, including HL7 FHIR and event-driven systems Proven ability to lead AI/ML architecture in a production environment, including responsible AI frameworks
