HR Compensation and Mobility Analyst

Job Summary The Compensation and Mobility Analyst will manage end-to-end domestic and international employee relocations, ensuring compliance with company policies, cost control, and a positive employee experience. They will also manage compensation plans, incentive programs and policies to attract, motivate and retain the best talent. Job Responsibilities Manage full lifecycle of domestic relocations, including initiation, policy administration, and case management. Coordinate with relocation vendors (RMCs, movers, temporary housing providers, etc.) and ensure service quality. Track relocation cases, ensuring timely execution, compliance, and cost control. Review relocation expenses and invoices, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance. Provide guidance to employees on relocation benefits, timelines, and expectations. Manage international transfers, including long-term, short-term, and permanent assignments. Maintain HR information accurate in HRIS systems: Success Factors and Kronos/Dimensions. Audit payroll information to validate people are paid correctly. Generate reports, standards and requested data. Develop a complete knowledge of all HR tools and platforms and maintain these systems. Conduct market analysis and participate in salary surveys to ensure competitive positioning. Administer all incentives programs by providing earnings information, reviewing participant eligibility, calculations and overall compliance. Standardize and run merit processes for all employees. Review and elaborate compensation policies, SPDs and processes for all compensation programs. Ensure each program is compliant with all Federal and State laws. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required. 1-3 years of compensation experience preferred. Who We Are Looking For To succeed in this role, you should bring: Required Experience Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in Compensation, Relocation, Global Mobility, or HR Operations. Intermediate experience in Microsoft Excel required, advanced experience preferred. Prior HR experience in Construction or Manufacturing environment preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong analytical and quantitative skills to interpret complex compensation data. Strategic thinking and problem-solving.Strong attention to detail. Employee-focused service delivery. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Process improvement mindset. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Working Conditions Job involves sitting most of the time with walking or standing for brief periods. Capable of working in an open concept office environment. Physical Requirements Walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degree. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently. Regularly required to talk and hear, communicate to employees/visitors, and function safely within an office environment. May visit industrial plant locations on occasion.
