About the Role
The Company is seeking a President for one of its medical centers. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating and reinforcing a vision that aligns with the company's mission, with a strong emphasis on quality, customer service, safety, operational excellence, innovation, and financial performance. This role involves developing and implementing a sound business plan, leading the evaluation of service lines, and working closely with hospital operations staff to ensure the continuous improvement of quality, service, and financial performance. The President will also be tasked with building and leading a competent team, fostering effective relationships with clinical and community staff, and participating in the development of a capital improvement program. Candidates for the President position must have an advanced degree in healthcare and at least 5 years of experience as a senior leader in a hospital or health system. A proven track record in enhancing performance, relationships, and the overall culture of an organization is essential. The role requires a leader with the ability to think creatively, align stakeholder needs, and lead through negotiation to achieve win-win solutions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, analytical, and assertive individual with a strong sense of integrity, ethics, and a commitment to the values of the company. They should be adept at working in a fast-paced, challenging environment and be dedicated to the mission of providing compassionate, quality healthcare.
