Remote Business Analyst

Business AnalystRequired Skills & Experience: 3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, vendor management, accounts payable, financial operations, or a related business function. Experience supporting Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), invoice processing, or vendor management activities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong Microsoft Excel skills.Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Experience supporting telecommunications, network infrastructure, engineering, or technology organizations. Experience with procurement lifecycle management and procure-to-pay (P2P) processes. Knowledge of invoice reconciliation, goods receipt, and financial controls. Experience working with SAP S4, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Workday, Oracle, or similar ERP/procurement platforms. Experience creating dashboards, reporting, and operational metrics.Job Description: Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst to support a large telecommunications organization's procurement and vendor management operations. This individual will play a critical role in coordinating vendor quotes, managing purchase requisitions and purchase orders, supporting invoice processing activities, and maintaining procurement reporting and governance functions.The ideal candidate will have experience working within procurement, purchasing, vendor management, accounts payable, or financial operations environments and possess strong organizational and analytical skills. This role requires close collaboration with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, Project Management, Engineering, and Vendor partners to ensure procurement activities are executed accurately and efficiently.This position will pay $35-$45/hr.
