About the Role
A growing NJ-based law firm is hiring a Family Law Paralegal to support attorneys with all aspects of family law casework — divorce, custody, support, and related matrimonial matters.

Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence under attorney supervision
- Prepare and organize case files, exhibits, and discovery materials
- Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts on scheduling and filings
- Conduct legal research on family law statutes and case precedent
- Manage court e-filing systems and track deadlines/statutes of limitations
- Assist with financial disclosures, custody evaluations, and settlement documentation
Requirements
- Prior experience as a paralegal in family law (required)
- Strong organizational and communication xhyhwjd skills
- Proficiency with legal document management and court e-filing systems
Compensation
- Up to $107,000, commensurate with experience
Location
- East Hanover, NJ (on-site)
