Litigation Paralegal

Our client is a leading law firm with offices across the country. They are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join the team. The position is hybrid with3out of 5daysonsite at their beautiful office in Roseland, NJ. Who You Are You holda bachelor’s degreeandhave 7+years of large law firm paralegal experience You havestrong knowledge of New York and New Jersey federal, state, and local courts Proficient with ECF filing and docketing systems such as BEC Legal Experienced with litigation and trial support tools including Relativity, Trial Director, and similar platforms Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple active matters simultaneously Effective communicator comfortable working with attorneys, clients, vendors, and internal teams What You’ll Do Meet internal administrative, timekeeping, workload reporting, and billable requirements Maintain well-organized electronic and hard-copy files for active litigation matters Track deadlines and procedural requirements across courts, arbitrations, and agencies Manage court filings and service of process in compliance with applicable rules Review incoming filings and correspondence and alert attorneys to key developments Assistwith briefs and filings through cite checking, proofreading, and exhibit preparation Conduct research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, SEC/EDGAR, and related resources Draft pleadings and discovery materials for attorney review Support document collection, review, and production in collaboration with litigation teams Coordinate trial and arbitration preparation, including exhibits, technology, vendors, witnesses, and court personnel Prepare chronologies, privilege logs, redaction logs, and production indexes What Success Looks Like Attorneys rely on you foraccuratedeadline tracking and proactive case support Filings and productions aretimely, compliant, and well organized Case materials are consistently accessible and production-ready Litigation teams experience smooth coordination through discovery and trial Administrative and billable expectations are met without disruption Salary Range: $110,000 – 120,000 annually, based on experience Location: Roseland, NJ – Hybrid Gainor is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
