About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Infrastructure Engineering to spearhead the technical strategy and execution of its data center solutions business. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and implementing a long-term technology vision that encompasses AI infrastructure, hyperscale data centers, enterprise networking, cloud connectivity, and next-generation infrastructure solutions. This executive will lead global engineering organizations, establish engineering standards, and ensure the delivery of market-leading technologies that drive business growth. Key responsibilities include leading infrastructure innovation, evaluating emerging technologies, and partnering with various business functions to ensure scalable and cost-effective solutions. Candidates for the Vice President, Infrastructure Engineering role at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline, with a preference for a Master's degree, and have at least 15 years' of progressive engineering leadership experience in related industries. The role requires a proven track record in developing enterprise-scale infrastructure technologies and leading cross-functional engineering teams. Experience in areas such as AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, and digital transformation initiatives is highly valued.
